All In on Portland’s Central City

This report lays out 75+ projects happening now in the Central City and how they fit into a value proposition framework focused on the Central City as the region's gathering place, and a hub for innovation and opportunity, and a set of complete neighborhoods. It also sets ambitious 2030 goals: more foot traffic, lower office vacancies, and thousands of new housing units. A new Central City Roundtable will keep the work moving, track progress, and hold partners accountable.
